•	Prepares and sends out staffing services agreements, follows up on outstanding agreements and tracks receipt of signed contracts. <br />
•	Pro-actively keeps in touch with Resource base from an Employee <br />
•	Relations perspective as well as for Networking. <br />
•	Assists in maintenance of active resource pipeline database. <br />
•	Logs all sales activity in the appropriate SFA tools and generates appropriate reports for review by management. <br />
•	Performs related duties as assigned.<br />
•	Must have at least 4 years of sales experience in IT staffing and <br />
•	at least 1 year of experience in recruitment<br />
