Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for helping to define and execute a firm-wide leadership development strategy. Design, manage, deliver, and improve leadership programs for all levels of leadership-from front line supervisors through executives. Focus on the continued design and integration of multi-dimensional leadership programs for a range of assessments and learning opportunities, including instructor led training, developmental assignments, coaching, mentoring, and action learning in order to maximize their relevance, impact, and effectiveness. Execute the responsibilities of this role to impact Booz Allens ability to maintain a highly capable, committed, and engaged leadership cadre by ensuring integrated, sustainable learning solutions for leaders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with leadership development, executive development, mentoring, coaching, and other talent management processes

-Experience with platform facilitation, design, management, and evaluation of training and development programs

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-Experience with project management and facilitation

-Ability to translate complex concepts and data into graphically appealing and easy to understand presentations

-BA or BS degree required

 

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with developing multi-dimensional leadership programs for senior leaders within an organization

-Experience with program evaluation, specifically with respect to leadership development and other learning programs

-Knowledge of leadership development processes, philosophies, and programs

-Ability to be viewed as a thought leader and gain credibility within the organization

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
